ITA Airways Hosts Agents For Lunch

On June 6, 2024, ITA Airways proudly launched its inaugural flight to Accra, Ghana, marking a significant milestone in their commitment to expanding connectivity between Europe and Africa. To celebrate this exciting new route, ITA Airways and Beacon Aviation Consult hosted a special gathering for over 30 of its top travel agents at the luxurious Marriott Hotel in Accra on June 7, 2024.

A WARM WELCOME TO ACCRA

The event kicked off with a warm welcome, highlighting the importance of collaboration with our Trade Partners. As the first direct flight from Italy to Accra, this new route offers not only convenience for travelers but also opens up a wealth of opportunities for business and leisure tourism.

The event was filled with networking opportunities, allowing agents to connect with ITA Airways representatives- Mr. Pierfrancesco Carino (VP International Sales) and Mr. Benedetto Mencaroni Poiani (Regional Manager Asia, Middle East & Africa), learn about ITA’s latest offerings, and explore the rich cultural heritage of Ghana.
